The middle is genuinely soft and melts on your tongue, and I love that they're under 100 calories so I don't feel guilty grabbing one with my afternoon tea. The lemon flavour comes through nicely without being too sharp.

The white chocolate coating is just thick enough to give a proper snap, and the lemon curd inside is properly tangy rather than sickly sweet. I keep a couple in my desk drawer for the 3pm slump, and at 97 calories they don't wreck my day.

The melt-in-the-middle filling is exactly as promised, and 97 calories feels almost too good to be true for something this indulgent. I’ve already grabbed a second pack because one bar just isn’t enough.
