Borsa Meringue Mess

Mine arrived with a few bigger chunks mixed in with the crumbs, which made topping a pavlova feel like a fun treasure hunt. The meringue pieces stayed crisp for a week in an airtight tin, so I’ll grab another bag for sundaes.
